War of Emperium (WoE) is a game event that allows guilds to battle for castle control.
Castle
There is one castle available for capture, Prontera - Swanhild.
Players can reach the castle on foot from Prontera or teleport for free using a Teleportation Stone. However, teleportation through the stone is only available to guild members who have learned the guild skill Official Guild Approval.
Requirements and Time
- All players can enter and battle in the castle.
- Only guild members who have learned the guild skill Official Guild Approval can damage the Emperium and capture the castle.
- Castle capture is available on specific days of the week and hours.

Rewards for Participation and Castle Capture
5 minutes after the end of WoE, rewards are sent to all players who participated in WoE via in-game mail.

- Participation rewards are given to any player who actively spends time inside the castle during WoE.
- Rewards are not given to characters that are second windows.
- No need to be in the guild to get participation reward.
Battle Mechanics
- Flee is reduced by 20%.
- Melee and ranged attack damage is reduced by 20%.
- Damage from all skills is reduced by 40%.
- Bonuses from Memory Bonfire are not available.
- Bonuses from the backpack (except for increased carrying weight) are not available.
- Bonuses from special equipment (from Newstyle Shop or ancient sets) are not available.
- Hunter traps affect both enemy and allied characters.
- The skill Full Throttle is not available.
